Hazal completed five years of high school education at Adapazarı ENKA High School, including an English preparatory year. During high school, she volunteered with respected NGOs such as TOG and KAÇUV, strengthening her project management, teamwork, and communication skills. These experiences were further reinforced through her success in international projects and school clubs. She deepened her interest in science and technology by working as an assistant to academics and actively participating in various science and technology events. Her volunteer work and academic achievements earned her several honors and awards.

Hazal completed her undergraduate studies in Molecular Biology and Genetics at Istanbul Kültür University. From her first year, she contributed to TÜBİTAK-funded cancer research projects, further developing her scientific capabilities. Building on the skills she gained in high school, she continued to grow during university through her involvement with IEEE, a globally recognized technical professional organization. Within IEEE, she contributed to projects, delivered volunteer trainings, and supported the organization of numerous events.

In May 2018, Hazal was introduced to Hello Tomorrow Türkiye and joined the organization, deepening her passion for the field. Driven by her interest in dynamic, entrepreneurship-focused ecosystems, she quickly took on a key role within Hello Tomorrow Türkiye. She began as a Startup Community Specialist, was promoted to General Coordinator in February 2019, and was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) in August 2021.
