Hazal completed her high school education at Adapazarı Enka College, including an English preparatory education, spanning five years. During her high school years, she volunteered with prestigious non-governmental organizations such as TOG and KAÇUV, enhancing her project management, teamwork, and communication skills. These experiences were reinforced by Hazal’s achievements in international projects and school clubs. She deepened her interest in science and technology by assisting academics and actively participating in various science & technology events. The voluntary activities she joined and the academic achievements she obtained brought Hazal numerous honors and achievement awards.

Completing her university education in the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at İstanbul Kültür University, Hazal enhanced her competencies in the scientific field by participating in TÜBİTAK-supported cancer research projects from her first year. She found the opportunity to further develop the skills she acquired during high school in her university years at IEEE, a globally recognized technical professional organization. She contributed to the projects she participated in within IEEE, provided voluntary training, and took part in organizing many events.

In May 2018, Hazal met Hello Tomorrow türkiye and, by joining this innovative organization, she had the opportunity to deepen her passion for her field. She quickly assumed an important role at Hello Tomorrow Türkiye thanks to her interest in dynamic and entrepreneurship-focused ecosystems. Initially, she started as a "Startup Community Specialist" and was promoted to General Coordinator in February 2019, later being appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in August 2021.
