Participants are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. They can also select from hotel options on the registration page, book hotel-airport transfers from the airports in İstanbul, and take advantage of special discounted hotel rates.
Visa Requirements
Participants must check the valid visa requirements for entry to türkiye and obtain all necessary travel documents in advance. For detailed information on official visa and entry conditions, you can visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of türkiye website.
Airports and Transportation
There are two main international airports in Istanbul:
Istanbul Airport (IST) – Approximately 40 km to the event venue
Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) – Approximately 50 km to the event venue
Transportation from Airports
By Taxi
Istanbul Airport (IST): Estimated travel time to the event venue is 50 minutes, with an approximate taxi fare of ~50 EUR.
Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW): Estimated travel time is 1 hour, with an approximate taxi fare of ~65 EUR.
Summit Registration Transfer Option:
One-way or round-trip Premium Minivan transfer service is available from both airports. The fee per trip is 60 EUR. This option can be preferred during the registration process.By Public Transportation
Istanbul Airport (IST): Take the M11 metro line from Istanbul Airport Metro Station towards Kağıthane. From here, transfer to the M7 metro line towards Mecidiyeköy. From Mecidiyeköy, transfer to the M2 metro line towards Hacıosman and get off at Levent station. Levent Metro Station is a 5-minute walk from the symposium area. Estimated total travel time: ~60 minutes.
Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW): You can reach the Levent Metro stop with the bus on the IETT E-3 line. This stop is a 5-minute walk from the symposium area. Alternatively, take the M4 metro line to Ayrılık Çeşmesi station and transfer to the Marmaray line, then proceed with the M2 metro line towards Hacıosman and get off at Levent station. Estimated total travel time: ~75 minutes.

Visa Requirements
Participants must check the valid visa requirements for entry to türkiye and obtain all necessary travel documents in advance. For detailed information on official visa and entry conditions, you can visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of türkiye website.
Airports and Transportation
There are two main international airports in Istanbul:
Istanbul Airport (IST) – Approximately 40 km to the event venue
Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) – Approximately 50 km to the event venue
Transportation from Airports
By Taxi
Istanbul Airport (IST): Estimated travel time to the event venue is 50 minutes, with an approximate taxi fare of ~50 EUR.
Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW): Estimated travel time is 1 hour, with an approximate taxi fare of ~65 EUR.
Summit Registration Transfer Option:
One-way or round-trip Premium Minivan transfer service is available from both airports. The fee per trip is 60 EUR. This option can be preferred during the registration process.By Public Transportation
Istanbul Airport (IST): Take the M11 metro line from Istanbul Airport Metro Station towards Kağıthane. From here, transfer to the M7 metro line towards Mecidiyeköy. From Mecidiyeköy, transfer to the M2 metro line towards Hacıosman and get off at Levent station. Levent Metro Station is a 5-minute walk from the symposium area. Estimated total travel time: ~60 minutes.
Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW): You can reach the Levent Metro stop with the bus on the IETT E-3 line. This stop is a 5-minute walk from the symposium area. Alternatively, take the M4 metro line to Ayrılık Çeşmesi station and transfer to the Marmaray line, then proceed with the M2 metro line towards Hacıosman and get off at Levent station. Estimated total travel time: ~75 minutes.

Participants are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. They can also select from hotel options on the registration page, book hotel-airport transfers from the airports in İstanbul, and take advantage of special discounted hotel rates.
