Meta established in collaboration with BAŞLAT Academy brought together its second cohort graduates on Saturday, November 11th at the closing event held at Facebook Station, with public institutions, investors, and various ecosystem stakeholders!
Smart cities, digital health, agricultural technologies, and educational technologies are included in the 13 initiatives from 4 different categories that made up the graduates of BAŞLAT'23, sharing their progress in the BAŞLAT Academy process and introducing their technologies to the participants throughout the event.
One of the keynote speakers of the event, Dr. Başak Ozan Özparlak, emphasized the importance of democratic regulation in law, data management & security for artificial intelligence & augmented reality in her valuable contributions.
Benjamin Joffe, Partner at SOSV, one of the world's largest high-tech funds, participated in the event online, stressing the importance of the right processes and determination for the success of technology solutions in emerging markets, and highlighted that access to investment and technical guidance is critical.
